Scott Dority founded Novacon, Ltd. in January 2006. The newly formed Cortland, Ohio company currently offers only the Quasar™ Lighting System, an LED lighting fixture that snaps onto magnifying visors (sold separately) to increase visibility. Plans are in progress to produce several models of the lighting system incorporating other features like UV lights, coin cell operation and tilt switches. The company also has plans for various models to fit different brand visors. Other products for the hobbyist in the line of tools and aids are also in the works.
