Trackside warehouses are still common along most railroad lines. While today they're called "transloading facilities" their function is still the same: they're a staging area for freight shipped by rail.

Clayton County Lumber features four separate corrugated-metal buildings. This versatile kit can be split up and used in several places on your layout.
