| Expres IIITM electronic
ordering system. |
| This system provides the dealer with a database containing
information on all the Walthers stock keeping units (SKUs).
This database is maintained on the dealer's computer and
is updated as often as the dealer calls in. Ask your dealer
if he has Walthers Expres IIITM and if you can do a
stock check on the item you are interested in. |

| Same day shipment. |
| Most dealer orders are shipped the same day they are
received. That means an order placed today will be received
by your dealer in the length of time it takes UPS to get
from Milwaukee to wherever you are. Regardless of the size
of the shop, Walthers handles each order with speed and
care. |

| Walthers Back Order
system. |
| This system lets your hobby shop reserve new products
that have been announced but not yet delivered. This is
especially important for limited run items where demand
exceeds the supply. If that happens, the back order system
provides us a way of prioritizing shipments so that merchandise
is shipped to shops in the sequence that the goods were
ordered from us. Sometimes we run out of items. When
this happens, the back order system allows us to get the
merchandise to the hobby shop as soon as possible after
it is back in stock. Finally, demand for some specialty
items is so low that we order from the manufacturer only
when we receive an order from a hobby shop. We use the back
order system to track these items from hobby shop order,
through purchase from the manufacturer, and finally shipment
