Märklin requires a receipt or invoice with every warranty claim. Therefore, we ask that you also provide us with a photo or an electronic file or photocopy of the proof of purchase, which includes the date that the item was purchased on and the item number and date of purchase.
You may expedite the process by calling our Customer Service Department at 1 (800) 487-2467) between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm Central time or e-mail us at custserv@walthers.com, to request a Return Authorization Number. You may also call after hours and leave a message on our night voicemail box. We will return your call within 1-2 business days.
