Walthers announces a variety of new roadnames and numbers for Gold Line 53' Thrall Gondolas. These ready-to-run cars will be right at home on any layout set in the 70s to the present.

Fast Facts: Introduced in the 1970s, Thrall 53' Gondolas are ideal for all kinds of shipments. They're most commonly used for hauling scrap and steel products, but they also handle pulpwood, machinery, aggregates, track materials and any other load that requires an open-top car. These workhorse freight cars are used across the continent and many are still in use.

Features: Walthers Gold Line Thrall 53' Gondolas are ready-to-run replicas with superb paint and lettering. Each includes a complete set of add-on wire grab irons; molded drill starter points on the body simplify installation. Magnetic PROTO-Max™ knuckle couplers and free-rolling trucks with RP-25 metal wheelsets round out each car. Cars are available with three roadnumbers per roadname.
