Our store is located in the Shopping Mall at downtown Kaarst, Germany.
Free parking, Stores and Restaurants are conveniently located in and around the Mall.
We are open
Monday - Wednesday 10:00am to 6:30pm
Thursday & Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm
Sundays closed.

We do accept orders from all over the world and ship all over the world.
All major credit cards are welcome (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Diners -sorry, no Discover).
Invoices / payments are changed in the European currency Euro.
We do not charge any handling fees -- just the postage is calculated exactly by weight.
Within Germany this means 6.00 per shipment, Europe 14.30 per shipment.
For shipments to non-EU countries or the United States, we subtract the German VAT (16%) automatically.
Orders are handled on the same or the next day, if ordered items are in stock.
Items which are in stock at Walthers prior to our stock will be handled asap priority.
Pre- or backorders are gladly accepted and very welcome for announced future items.

Our current exchange-rate for the Euro is maxima 1.00 in the listed US-$ price of the Walthers Mall for buildings, parts, autos, tracks, electrics, etc.
Engines (Locomotives) and cars are calculated as low as possible (0.75 to 1.00).
Books are 1.23 on the listed US-$ price to get the Euro-price.
