Prices: We charge in £ Sterling. Walthers 'sale' prices are NOT applicable to orders placed via ourselves. Our retail price will be calculated on the pre-sale $ retail price. We can provide an estimate of the UK retail price for you - please write ESTIMATE in the comments box of your order. Should the estimate not be acceptable, email us immediately on sales@modeljunction.info and we will cancel the order.
Please Note: Minimum order value $50.00.

Payment: We will contact you for your payment details as soon as possible after receipt of your order. (unless we are already aware) We will not process your order without payment details. This includes Backorder and Advance Reservations.

Restricted Products: Hazardous Materials, such as Alcohol based Paints, Solvents, Resins, Adhesives and Paint Removers cannot be shipped outside of the United States. Please check with us direct if you are unsure what constitutes Hazardous Materials, although we will advise you prior to processing your order if you have ordered any.

Delivery: As we consolidate orders you must allow 6-8 weeks for delivery,subject to availability at Walthers at the time we submit your order. Acceptance by us of an order does not guarantee availability.The delivery period also applies to Backorders and Advance Reservations from the date of receipt of the items by Walthers.

Backorders and Advance Reservations: We do not backorder any items that show 'Sold Out' or 'Unknown' in the 'Expected' section on the Walthers web site. Due to circumstances beyond our control,acceptance by us of an Advance Reservation or Backorder does not guarantee delivery and/or release of the item(s).
