Donations

Thank you for your interest in model railroading and Walthers Trains!

We are happy to consider donation requests for your events.
We do our best to fulfill as many requests as possible. To ensure that we are able to properly consider your request, please take a moment to read through the following guidelines:

All donation requests must be submitted on the requesting organization's letterhead and either mailed or emailed to the addresses listed below. Walthers does not accept requests via fax or by telephone.

All requests must be received a minimum of six (6) weeks in advance of the date by which the donation is needed.

Donation requests are limited to one per organization per calendar year.
