Bowser HO Scale ready-to-run PCC Streetcars are based on streamlined streetcars designed to modernize streetcar systems with proven components and a sleek, modern look. Over 4,500 were built for streetcar lines in the U.S., and many others were built under license for Canada, Mexico and other countries. In 2024 PCCs continue to operate in regular service, although rebuilt and modernized, in El Paso, Texas, and in Philadlphia, Pennsylvania. Many others operate in museums. The Bowser Executive Line model features several roadname-appropriate body variations, applied details and a smooth-running drive with can motor, flywheels and wheels with RP25 flanges. This PCC Streetcar features a 21-pin DCC decoder interface and built-in speaker for easy conversion to DCC when you're ready (decoder sold separately).
