Pennsylvania's mP54 series was one of the largest classes of passenger equipment on the system for over 50 years, with well over 1,000 cars in various sub-classes. The earliest date from 1911-12, and were still being built into the 1930s. Many survived, with rebuilding, into the 1960s. Some were also built new for the Long Island Railroad, and PRR sold used cars to several other roads. Fully assembled, these models are based on plans supplied by the Pennsy Historical Society and feature:
