In the days when workers were assigned to a particular section of the railroad, many lines built small homes for them. This HO Scale version of a Rio Grande prototype is perfect for any small family in rural or city setting. With appropriate signs and details (sold separately) it could be used as a market, barber shop or gas station. The model features tab and slot construction, with clapboard siding, a covered front porch, peel & stick layered windows and doors, plus a pair of cast metal chimneys. The finished HO Scale building measures 5-3/4" long, 2-1/2" wide and 2-1/2" tall.
