Oversized and/or Heavy Package Fees
- Oversized and heavy package fees still apply to orders that qualify for free standard shipping.

Advanced reservation and backordered items are not charged until they are in stock and ready to ship. At that time, they will be billed to the credit card that was used on the original order.
Domestic Backorders
We will hold your merchandise until the shippable value exceeds $20.00 and then ship the items to you via standard shipping. Backorders will ship with a fee of 10% of the shipment value. Minimum $3.00. Maximum $5.50. You can also choose to have items shipped as they become available, regardless of the value, for an additional 10% order value shipping fee that also ranges from a minimum amount of $3.00 to a maximum of $5.50. If you wish to upgrade the ship via for your backorders, please contact us at custserv@walthers.com
International Backorders
We will hold your merchandise until the value reaches USD$50.00 and then ship to you with a reduced $7.50 handling fee. You can also choose to have us ship backorder merchandise under $50 with a $12.50 handling fee. Each shipment is charged the standard international shipping rates in addition to the handling fee.
Oversized Items
Any shipments with one or more Oversized Items will include an added fee of $12 for domestic shipments and $15 for international shipments. Oversized Items are indicated as such on our website and are not available for backorder.
