Designed for ease of construction, all Laserkit structures feature precision laser-cut basswood and plywood parts that assemble much like plastic kits. Unless noted, all kits feature peel-and-stick assembly windows with positionable sashes, doors, trim and roofing material. All walls and major assemblies have tab-and-slot construction. Kits may also include white metal and acrylic detail parts.   Here's a multipurpose facility that will fit just about anywhere on your layout. By itself, the structure could be a small freight house for a railroad, a warehouse for a local merchant, or a distribution center for a trucking company. It could also be part of a larger industry such as a trackside feed mill or grain elevator, or as an annex to a factory.   The kit features 100% laser-cut parts for the walls, which feature tab & slot construction, while the separate doors, windows and trim are peel & stick parts. The elevated building rests on six cast resin brick piers and is finished off with an interior floor, rolled roofing, and a white metal smokejack. A detailed loading dock, access ladder, truck bumper, and stairway that can be placed at different locations on the structure are all included.
