Based on the 1910 standards, this kit includes "six over nine" double hung windows, 1910-style end wall eave brackets, rafter lookouts with 3" horizontal flats which are tab and slotted to the underside of the roof, front wall door placement, Diamond shingles, and ATSF style white metal chimney.
