Each kit features parts made from high-density styrene to reduce warping and simplify construction. The kits also include two types of stairwells, three different sizes of freight doors, 28 roof skylights molded in white, darkened window "glass," roof access hatches, two sizes of sidewalks and more.
 
Building measures 12-1/2 x 9-1/4 x 3" 31.2 x 23.1 x 7.5cm, but can easily be cut in half for use alongside a backdrop or at the edge of a layout or module.
 

 
Features a centered front entryway with freight doors to the right and left. A round planter is included for the porch in front of the windows. Attractive grooves extend the length of the building to add to its visual appeal.
