Packing houses are where fruit and vegetables were loaded into refrigerator cars and trucks. Typically located near growing areas, there were often several along a single branch line. This detailed kit is perfect for steam or diesel-era layouts and includes the main wood building with freight car/truck loading doors, a false-front wood facade, realistic decals and complete instructions.
