This high-output AC transformer is the core of the LGB Universal Power program. It provides 6 true amps of AC current for Multi-Train System (MTS) digital layouts, traditional analog layouts with the 51070, 52120 and 52121 analog throttles and AC-powered accessories like switches, signals and streetlights. Other features include dual spring-loaded output terminals, short circuit and overheating protection and LED status indicators. AC input: 110 volt AC input. 18 volt AC output. 6 amp output. Not for use with older LGB analog throttles.
