Senior Brand Manager
Under the direction of the VP Marketing and working cross-functionally with other departments, this position leads a small team of brand managers, leveraging insights to set strategies and execute business plans for company product lines and brands to achieve company sales and profit objectives.

If you have at least 5 years of corporate marketing experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated experience and success in project management, an understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly in the context of model train control systems, knowledge of circuit design, microcontrollers, sensors, and motor control mechanisms, prior experience and awareness of model railroading, remote control products, or other forms of model building and products related to the hobby industry, demonstrated success in leading multiple complex projects, prioritizing projects, meeting deadlines to meet critical launch dates, experience leading brand management associates, have conceived and successfully launched large-scale go-to-market and marketing campaigns, developed compelling value propositions and messaging and guided creative teams in building the assets needed to bring those messages to life, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, you may be what we are looking for. Model Railroad Copywriter

What You'll Do:
Craft captivating copy for our model railroad products, from locomotives to landscapes. Bring our miniature worlds to life through engaging product descriptions, articles, and blog posts. Work closely with our creative team to develop exciting narratives and marketing campaigns. Connect with model railroad enthusiasts across the nation through your storytelling prowess. Infuse our brand with personality and charm through your creative flair.

Creatives who can paint vivid pictures with their words and spark the imagination of our customers. Order Selector
We have full and part-time (after school) opportunities available.
Manually select the correct product according to customer order on pick ticket. You will be required to adhere to efficiency, accuracy, and attendance standards. This position requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift walking around and/or standing in place for a long period of time, bending, stooping, and reaching regularly, and push, pull, lift and move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. As necessary, safely climb up and down mobile staircases while carrying merchandise. Relevant, prior experience is helpful but if you are a quick learner, it is not required. The full-time schedule for this position is generally 9:30am – 6:00pm. You should be available to work overtime by starting earlier than 9:30am. Schedule is subject to change based on customer requirements.
