Join our Marketing team to help shape the future of our proprietary product lines from concept to market launch. This role leads the development and execution of the annual product portfolio. You’ll identify new product opportunities, guide each item through the stage-gate process, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure every launch delivers compelling stories, strong positioning, and lasting performance in the market. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience in product or category management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for connecting great products with the customers who love them. Join our team and help bring the world of model railroading to life through compelling content, storytelling, and hands-on creative work. In this role, you’ll write and produce educational articles, how-to videos, promotional materials, and technical documentation that inspire and inform hobbyists, dealers, and consumers. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Creative Services, and Digital Marketing to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice. If you have strong writing skills, comfort with multimedia creation, and a deep understanding of model railroading, this is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, technical knowledge, and community engagement in a role that directly supports our product launches and brand storytelling.
WE'RE HIRING A SALES MANAGER - WHOLESALE CHANNEL!
Are you a hands-on sales leader who excels at developing new business? Walthers is seeking a Sales Manager-Wholesale Chanel to lead our wholesale sales team and drive revenue growth. This player/coach role combines hands-on selling with team leadership, focusing on expanding existing customer business while personally developing new business in emerging market segments. Ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of progressive experience in B2B account management and sales leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results. Knowledge of the Model Railroad Hobby is a plus. If you’re passionate about developing people, driving results and shaping strategy within a respected industry brand, we’d love to hear from you!
Order Selector
We have full and part-time (after school) opportunities available.
Manually select the correct product according to customer order on pick ticket. You will be required to adhere to efficiency, accuracy, and attendance standards. This position requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift walking around and/or standing in place for a long period of time, bending, stooping, and reaching regularly, and push, pull, lift and move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. As necessary, safely climb up and down mobile staircases while carrying merchandise. Relevant, prior experience is helpful but if you are a quick learner, it is not required. The full-time schedule for this position is generally 9:30am – 6:00pm. You should be available to work overtime by starting earlier than 9:30am. Schedule is subject to change based on customer requirements.
