Bowser HO Scale ready-to-run Alco C628 diesels are based on the large Century-series diesels built in the 1960s and in use into the 1980s. Used in all kinds of freight service, C628 locomotives operated on many railroads and a handful have been preserved in museums. The diesels were built in low and high-nose versions an were rail photographer favorites.
