Atlas O
Atlas O locomotives, freight cars, structures and track are extremely accurate, just like the HO and N scale models of Atlas Model Railroad Company. The line of 1:48 scale structure kits are highly detailed inside and out, and are molded in styrene plastic in appropriate colors. Atlas O's new 21st Century Track System is based on traditional O-gauge 3-rail, with solid (not hollow) nickel silver rail and brown ties, and a chemically darkened center rail for realistic appearance. Each piece includes accurate details like wood grain tie texture, guardrails, visible plates and spike heads. Although unlike any O-gauge track currently on the market, it is compatible with most other major brands of track.
