This Bowser Executive Line Baldwin AS16 is based on diesels built between 1951 and 1956. The AS16 was a 1,625-horsepower workhorse used in freight and passenger service. 127 units were purchased by seven railroads, five of which bought its predecessor DRS-4-4-1500. The Bowser Executive Line model features accurate, railroad-specific and era-specific body variations, applied details and a smooth-running drive with can motor, flywheels, nickel silver wheels with RP25 flanges and knuckle couplers.
