This detailed Atlas Master Gold Bombardier ALP-45DP dual-mode locomotive is based on prototypes that can operate as electrics in catenary-equipped territory or as diesel-electrics. The model features a non-operating, positionable pantograph details, applied handrails, airhorn and antenna details, and customer-applied wire grab irons and a drilling template are supplied in the package. The locomotive is equipped with an ESU LokSound sound and DCC decoder with six functions. Other features of the N Scale Bombardier ALP-45DP include a five-pole skewed-armature motor with dual flywheels, directional prototypical LED headlights, ditch lights and marker lights and is equipped with AccuMate(R) magnetic knuckle couplers.
