This express locomotive has a squared-off body, 5 headlights and marker lights, a continuous rain gutter and high-efficiency vents. It looks as it did around 1964.
 
The frame and truck frames are constructed of metal and the body is mostly metal. The loco is equipped with an mfx digital decoder, extensive sound functions, controlled high-efficiency propulsion, interior cab details, opening cab doors, metal grab irons and many separately applied details. Directional LED headlights and marker lights will work in conventional or DCC operation. In digital operation the double arm pantographs can be raised and lowered by motors.
