Developed in partnership with Bethlehem Car Works, new Intermountain Railway Company passenger cars are ready-to-run versions of popular steam-era passenger cars operated by a number of eastern railroads. These detailed cars feature injection-molded bodies, interior window shade detail and separately applied wire grab irons and handrails. Cars come equipped with prototypically accurate trucks, metal wheelsets and Kadee No. 5 couplers.
Coaches are based on Reading class PBn arch-roof coaches, later sold to the Boston & Maine.
