Fully assembled track with Code 83 nickel-silver rail, realistic plastic ties and a unique two-piece roadbed system. The top piece duplicates the ballasted right-of-way, with realistic size and colored "stones" (molded in light gray, but easily painted to match your favorite prototypes), plus a sloping edge. Underneath is the plastic core which locks with other sections to provide a rigid track assembly that's strong enough to use for temporary operations. The space underneath can also be used for routing wires.
