Two sets differ only in the throttle; Premium Set comes with a DT300 infra-red ready throttle that can be converted to wireless operation with the Infra-Red Receiver UR90 or UR91 (sold separately) while the Radio-Equipped Premium Set comes with the DT300R Radio Throttle and UR91 receiver.
