Built in the late 1980's by GE, the DASH 8-32BWH diesel locomotives are the passenger version of the Dash 8-40BW. These high-speed units feature the comfort cab wide-nose design. These four-axle, high horsepower engines are still in service today in North America.
 
The Atlas N Scale model features directional lighting, painted safety rails, blackened metal wheels, AccuMate(R) knuckle couplers, improved slower speed motor for closer to scale speeds, and white LEDs. Equipped with a Lenz DCC decoder.
