Soundtraxx DSD DCC sound decoders are made specifically for specific models. Each includes the decoder; while installation varies from model to model, plug-and-play decoders are designed to drop in place or replace an existing circuit board only, speakers are not included.
 
Every plug-and-play decoder features a headlight and backup light, configurable to a number of popular warning beacons - Mars light, dual oscillating headlights, strobes, rotary beacons and more! Decoders support 14, 28 and 128 speed steps, making it compatible with whatever command control system you are using. Also supported is programming on the mainline - no programming track is necessary.
 
Sound features include digital sound, a one-watt audio amplifier, adjustable volume control and a polyphonic sound processor.
