Travelers along your line will appreciate this HO Scale conversion for a Pullman Plan 2410 12-1 Sleeper. Hundreds of the prototypes were built, and starting in the mid 1930s, Pullman used them as the basis for a variety of rebuilds. Others were converted into tourist and colonist cars. With the Pullman divestiture in 1948, at least 26 US roads purchased and leased these cars back to Pullman, expanding sleeping car service along many routes. Some remained in service until the early 1960s, when they were almost 50 years old. Designed for use with the Rivarossi (can also be used with AHM or IHC cars) 12-1 Sleeper, this kit includes the correct styles of end windows to match cars built to the 2410 plans. All parts are molded in gray styrene and are unpainted. Detailed instructions with scale drawings take you step-by-step through construction.
