This Soo Line-Built 7-Post Plug-Door Boxcar from Fox Valley Models is based on the home-built cars constructed in the 1960s and 1970s at the railroad's N. Fond du Lac Shops. The car features a one-piece injection-molded plastic body with fine paint and lettering, etched-metal end walkways and separate metal grab irons. This 7-Post Plug-Door Boxcar comes equipped with free-rolling trucks with metal wheels and body-mounted magnetic-knuckle couplers.
