Cheer up the Town

Molded in bright yellow, this kit includes a special Smiley Face decal set, additional door details, a window and a No Trespassing sign. The model is equipped with a flashing red LED that is fully assembled and complete with a compact full-wave bridge rectifier, a capacitor, a dropping resistor and 14" of insulated wire to connect the LEDs to any AC, DC or DCC track power source.
