Created using the original conversion blueprints, these authentic models of camp/MOW cars are a must for Pennsy fans. Hundreds of retired class XL box cars were rebuilt in the late 1920s and 30s into various types of work train cars. Each is complete with detail parts and decal lettering for the 1938-60+ scheme.
