YARDMASTER EXPRESS REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Enrollment into the Walthers Express Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”) is automatic – no sign up is required.  Participation assumes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

Collection of Points
Points can be earned by participants in connection with purchases of goods made through Walthers.com regardless of method of payment, provided that you enter or provide your Account Number at the time of purchase. Promotion-specific points may take up to two weeks to be available for use.

Redemption of Points
Points may be redeemed for reward vouchers. When enough points have been accumulated to obtain a reward, you may redeem your Points online at the Walthers.com website through the Yardmaster Express Rewards user dashboard.  Point values, rewards, and other information is available at www.walthers.com/my-rewards.

When redeeming Points, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide at the time you redeem Points is correct and up-to-date. Walthers reserves the right to block redemptions where the participant information is inaccurate or incomplete. If a purchase price is lower than the redemption value of the points, the remaining dollar value associated with all utilized points will be forfeited.

Value
Points and Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Walthers assumes no liability to participants as regards the addition or deletion of items from or for which points can be collected and/or redeemed.  Vouchers may not be applied to past purchases, combined with purchases made by other individuals or Reward Program members.

Transferability
Except as permitted from time to time by Walthers, points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased or given by gift or otherwise sold. Any points so acquired are void.  For the avoidance of doubt, such prohibited transfers include transfers upon operation or law upon the death of a Member.

Expiration
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your Walthers account. Inactivity means no purchases, no point redemptions, and no other qualifying activity during that time. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Return/Exchange Policy
In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted from the account balance.   If the product was purchased using a voucher and then returned, the points will be returned to the account.

Promotion
From time to time, Walthers may advertise or offer exclusive offers to select participants to redeem points for items other than a discount reward, or receive other benefits or discounts.

Shipping
Free ground shipping on purchases $199 or greater will be available to Modeler, Craftsman and Master Modeler tiers.  Expedited or special handing shipping requests are not eligible for free shipping. Delivery addresses outside the United States are not elligible for free shipping. Free shipping is only available for in-stock items: preordered items and backordered items do not qualify.

Product Discounts
Select items receive Yardmaster Express Rewards pricing for customers who are logged-in to Walthers.com.  Some exclusions will apply.  Those exclusions will not show Yardmaster pricing.

Concierge Service
Those Master Modelers who purchase $5,000 in sales during any given year will become eligible for Concierge service.  This means that they will be given a unique email address to use for correspondence with Walthers.  They will also be notified of special sales and events by a customer service representative assigned to their account.

Modifications to Rewards Program
Walthers may change the Rewards Program terms and conditions at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points already earned based on purchases made prior to such changes.  Walthers may change or terminate program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates, apply restrictions based on geography or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.

Abuse of the Reward Program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificates, products, points or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Walthers in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of your account and future disqualification from program participation.
