Details Make it Different From ready-to-run to scratchbuilt, it's amazing how a few details add so much to any model. Check out how a few extras added to this rural store by Gregory Baker bring the scene to life. Workin' on the Railroad? How are you coming with your entry for the National Model Railroad Build-Off? We've seen some amazing work-in-progress photos, including this sneak preview of Neil Lesniak's downtown scene. We'd love to see yours too!
Not So Distant In trying times togetherness helps us through. We see that locally in communities around our home base of Wisconsin, throughout the United States, and surely around the world. That includes our friends in culturally-rich Italy as well! These photos of an Italian family working on their model railroad makes the 4,885 miles between us seem not so distant after all. Bravissimo @share_lemonade!
Each week we’re witnessing some amazing modeling work on display, which is critical in these extraordinary times. Keep modeling and keep sharing. Your work is an inspiration to us and to others as well. And be sure to tag @Waltherstrains or use the hashtag #Walthers for a chance to be featured!
